His parents – Sharlene (mother) who is a former actress and Harald Horst Ludwig (father), who banks as a businessman and the co-chairman of the board for Lions Gate Entertainment Corp also gave Alexander Ludwig three younger siblings including Nicholas (brother) and Natalie (sister) who were born as twins and another younger sister named Sophia.
