In the year 1976, on the 17th day of November, Brandon Call, whose full name is Brandon Spencer Lee Call was born in Torrance, California. While he was growing up and very much a kid, he was quick to take to acting and began performing at the age of 2. He kept to this and as he got older, there was no questioning on the career path young Brandon was going to take.

Thus, in the year 1984, as an 8-year-old, Brandon made his acting debut in Simon & Simon, an American detective television series, he appeared in episode: The Dillinger Print. Following his good performance in this work, Call landed his second acting role in the same year in Hotel, an ABC American prime time drama series where he portrayed the character of Timmie in episode: Intimate Strangers. With these two works, the young Californian actor showed himself as talented enough to take up more demanding roles in the acting industry.

The year 1985 turned out to be a very busy one for Brandon Call. He acted in all of Slickers (as Scooter Clinton in the television movie), I Dream of Jeannie… Fifteen Years Later (as Tony, Jr), Santa Barbara (as Brandon Capwell till 1987), and Magnum, P.I. (as Billy Karen’s son in 3 episodes till 1988). He also made his film debut in The Black Cauldron as Fairfolk’s voice and Jagged Edge as the character of David Barnes.

In the years that followed, the Californian-born actor was seen in television works like The Richest Cat in the World (as Bart), Life with Lucy (as Max in 2 episodes) both in 1986, St. Elsewhere (1987-1989, as Christopher McFadden in 2 episodes), the trio of Webster (as Ricky), Trying Times (as Reggie), The Charmings (as Thomas Charming) in 1987. Brandon Call added more works to his acting portfolio with Something Is Out There (1988), The Gifted One, Warlock, Blind Fury, and of course the American action drama series about the Los Angeles County lifeguards Baywatch (1989) which remains one of his best-known works to date. The actor’s last acting credits are in The Adventures of Ford Fairlane (1990), For the Boys (1991), Thunder in Paradise (1994), and Step by Step which ran from 1991 to 1998.

Brandon Call was born to Richard Call and Elyse Call as one of the 4 children they had together. The actor has as his siblings: Dee Anne Call, Tandi Call, and Dustin Call who are all older than him. There is not much information about what his family life was like or the nature of the family he came from, however, the few available information in this regard has it that his parents own a gas station in San Diego, California.

2. On the 3rd of September 1996, the former actor got shot in both of his arms following a traffic dispute he had with Tommy Eugene Lewis while driving home after shooting an episode of Step by Step.

3. Following the shooting, the actor was treated at the UCLA Medical Center where he recovered fully. Tommy, on the other hand, was apprehended and convicted of attempted premeditated murder with a sentence of 41 years in prison.

4. After his exit from the acting industry, Brandon began working in his family’s gas station business.

5. Brandon Call stands at a height of 5 feet 10 inches or 1.55m.
