Brian Wecht Bio (Age)

The multi-talented star was born in Pompton Plains, New Jersey on April 22nd, 1975. Not many revelations have been made about his childhood; like which school he went to, what he was like as a kid, and even who his parents are. But, considering that before Brian ventured into the entertainment industry he was a renowned physicist, we can assume that he had a normal childhood and spent much of his young adult life devoted to his studies.

Brian had his research work centered on supersymmetry, quantum field theory, and string theory. Prior to his retirement in 2015 from the academic world, he worked as a researcher at Harvard University, Queen Mary University of London, and a couple of other notable institutions of higher learning.

Before he called it quits as a particle physicist, Brian Wecht had actually begun trying out his entertainment skills as a musician and an improv comedian (Ninja Brian character) when he met Dan Avidan in the year 2009.

The two formed the Ninja Sex Party – a musical comedy duo and began making original songs which they uploaded to their YouTube channel. While Avidan was in charge of vocals, Brian played instruments like the guitar, bass guitar, and drums. They enjoyed a reasonable amount of fame, all thanks to their social media presence. In 2015, Ninja Sex Party was joined by Tupper Ware Remix Party as a backing band.

In the year 2013, Brian Wecht and Dan Avidan joined Arin Hanson to form Starbomb; another comedy band that focused on video game parodies. In the group, Brian played musical instruments while Avidan sang and Arin offered rap vocals. The trio released their first and self-titled album Starbomb in 2013 which was followed by Player Select in 2014 and The TryForce in 2018.

Wecht extended his career profile to include the Game Grumps team for whom he worked as a social media manager and occasionally appeared on their video with his Satrbomb half – Dan Avidan.
