Brooke Mackenzie Henderson was born in Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada on the 10th of September 1997. She was surrounded by a golf-playing family at an early age. Her father and mother played golf at a professional level, her uncle, Tom Henderson, was a frequent contender at top amateur level golf games in Ottawa. In addition, her sister, Brittany Henderson, who is seven years older than Brooke, is also an impressive junior and college golfer. Career
Her presence was first registered in the game in the year 2013 when she won the Canadian Women’s Amateur. The following year, 2014, she put up an impressive display of skills to become the U.S. Women’s Amateur runner-up.
