She was an executive producer of the hit fashion reality TV competition Project Runway, a show she co-created with Heidi Klum and Harvey Weinstein in 2004. Also, she runs the scarf brand, Theodora & Callum and also co-founded DGNL Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. Her work as executive producer of Project Runway earned her 11 Emmy Award nominations and she has won numerous other awards in the media industry.
