A renowned American television personality and musician, Christopher Boykin was born on the 13th of January, 1972 in Raleigh, Mississippi, Southern U.S. His nickname ‘Big Black Boykin’, says it’s all about Boykin’s physique. Apart from his enormous body size, he was also known for his massive eating abilities, which led him to set the Guinness World Records in 2008 – first, for peeling and eating the most bananas in one minute and secondly, for eating the most powdered doughnuts in 2 minutes 43 seconds.
Concerning his education, Big Black completed his high school and college education in his birth town – Raleigh, Mississippi, after which he went on to serve in the United States Navy as a Chef.

Sources have it that Christopher Boykin was pronounced dead on the 9th of May 2017, at 4:00 pm in Plano, Texas, United States. It was reported that the cause of his death was a result of a heart attack.
Prior to Boykin’s death, he was living with his ex-wife and mother of his child, Shannon Turley, due to his deteriorating health. In early May 2017, Boykin was hospitalized in Plano, Texas, due to the terrible state of his heart. He had defibrillator implants for his heart and was also placed on a heart monitor but all efforts to save him failed as his heart stopped as a result of a heart attack.
