Clint Bowyer was born on May 30, 1979, in Emporia, Kansas. Already as a child, he had a passion for racing and started racing at the age of 5. Motocross was his arena and he conquered it with up to 200 victories and championships in the following 8 years.

In 1996 he started road racing at the famous Thunderhill Speedway in the city of Mayetta, Kansas. Over time, he won the Modified Championship in 2000, after which he turned pro in 2004 when he started racing NASCAR.

Clint’s career break came in 2003 when he finished second in a race for the Nashville Superspeedway. Car owner Richard Childress offered him a job, which he has been expanding ever since. In 2007 Clint won his first race at Sylvana 300 in 2007. He is currently a professional stock car racer and has participated in a variety of different series throughout his career: Busch series, Xfinity series, ARCA Remax series, and others.

In addition to his motor racing career, Clint Bowyer is also a television personality in his own right, having appeared in episodes of the popular television series A&E’s Duck Dynasty. The couple was married in April 2014 in the Bahamas. A few weeks after their union they announced that they were expecting a child and on October 1, 2014, their son Cash Aaron Bowyer was born. The couple would give the family another new face when they announced on 15 June 2014 that they were expecting a second child. On December 9, 2016, Lorra Bowyer gave birth to a baby girl, Presley Elizabeth.

Apart from his own beautiful family, Clint Bowyer also has siblings. Two brothers – Andy and Casey Bowyer. His parents, Jana and Chris Bowyer played a big part in his success story, as he started racing at a young age and would have needed their support and approval.
