Daniel Kaluuya is a British actor and writer who rose to prominence comet-like and became extremely successful in the American film industry after taking on a leading role in the critically acclaimed film Get Out. Before Kaluuya was put on the list of getting Out, he was mainly seen on American television shows and in improvisational theatre (a form of comedy in which most or all of what is performed is unplanned or unwritten).

The breakout star began his acting career at the age of 16 when he starred in the British television series Shoot the Messenger. He then appeared in several notable television series and shows, including Silent Witness, the Doctor Who special “Planet of the Dead”, Lewis, That Mitchell and Webb Look, and Harry and Paul and Skins – a viral British teen drama.

In 2009, Kaluuya portrayed the character “Michael “Tea Leaf” Fry” in the BBC’s psychological horror film Psychoville, which was broadcast for two years until 2013. He also acted as a dubbing actor in the sitcom “Sneakiepeeks” by BBC Radio 4.

Among his many roles in American television shows, the A-lister considers the play Sucker Punch (which won him the Evening Standard Award and the Critics’ Circle Theater Award) to be his breakthrough.

Named by The Association Press as one of the 2017 Groundbreaking Entertainers of the Year, Kaluuya was given a supporting role in Disney-Marvel’s superhero movie Black Panther, produced by Marvel Studios, directed by Ryan Coogler and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The highly anticipated American film is based on the book series Marvel Comics.

It also starred in Widow’s America’s Robbery Crime, whose producers are McQueen, Iain Canning and Emile Sherman of See-Saw Films. Widows’ film tells the story of a failed robbery attempt that ended up killing all four men who planned it.

Daniel Kaluuya’s Bio (Age)

Daniel Kaluuya was born on 24 February 1989 in London as the son of Ugandan immigrant parents. The two lovers live in West London and have a wonderful relationship.
