Parker Schnabel’s life has been unlike that of any youngster in Canada. He became famous as the teenage miner who raked in millions from mining gold, a vocation he learned from helping his grandfather John Schnabel who run the Big Nugget mine until he took over and started mining for himself at 15.

There is no record of Schnabel ever being married or divorced, however, he was known to have been in a very loving relationship with Australian Ashley Youle. She is a certified veterinary nurse who became friends with him after they met in Australia where Parker had gone for vacation.
The two made their relationship known in 2015 when she started appearing on the Gold Rush show. Ashley was an instant sensation with fans of the show and with Parker Schnabel himself who admitted that her presence during the dark period after he lost his grandfather brought some good rays of sunlight back into the darkness he was slipping into. In all, Ashley appeared in a total of 25 episodes of the show which were the times when she visited her man at the mine and is often seen helping him out where she can. Their love was glaring for all to see and at the peak of their relationship, Schnabel took a leap of faith and put Ashley in charge of the gold room alongside Chris Doumitt.

The picture did not come with any confirmation, but the two struck a pose that many have described as a sure sign that there is something between them.
Details do not abound about the brunette but from the much that has come to light especially from her description of herself on her Instagram handle, Sheena Cowell is a lover of adventure. She has proven this by the many photos she posts of her many travels to different places around the world. Among these many photos also are some she took with her boyfriend who is definitely not the famed Gold Rush star.
To answer the question of how she came to appear on Parker’s Instagram page, Sheena is a talent manager who equally works in production which is how she came to work with Parker. The two worked closely together on Gold Rush with Sheena serving as the assistant producer for season 9 and a researcher for season 8.
