Emma Dumont is a multi-talented entertainer and even though she is best known for her talent as an actress, Dumont is a triple threat entertainer who is equally good at dancing and modeling as she is at acting. Emma Dumont’s Bio

Dumont was born on the 15th of November in 1994. Her birthplace was in Seattle, Washington. Emma began her education at the Washington Middle School and started her high school education at the James A. Garfield High School before she became homeschooled so as to enable her to pursue a career in acting and modeling.

She moved to California during her teenage to further an acting career. During the course of her voyage to the California State, Emma decided to attend the Orange County High School of the Arts in the Music and Theatre Conservatory in a small town in Northern California called Santa Ana.

Before Emma Dumont became interested in becoming a star, she was first a ballerina at the age of 3 and began performing at the local Community Theatre in Washington at just the age 6. To hone her dance/ballet skills, she decided on the admonition of her mother to enroll in the Spectrum Dance Theatre School and the Cornish College of the Arts.

During her time off from school, Emma would spend some of her summers at the American Ballet Theatre and the more prestigious Joffrey Ballet School. Extremely talented for all to see, Emma in addition to acting and dancing is a very skilled violinist as she began playing the violin at just age 4.

Emma Dumont is extremely multi-talented and at the age of 15, she became an avid roller derby skater and also took part in the Los Angeles Derby Dolls training programs. Her connections on the ABC Family show Bunheads lead to the appearance on the 2013 episode for both the roller derby and LADD skaters.

She is also a member of Mensa (the world’s largest IQ community), as she still plans to continue her studies in Mechanical Engineering. She also has a soft spot for robotics and she also took part in the FIRST Robotics on a team sponsored by NASA/ JPL in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering.

Acting Career

Her acting career did effectively kick off in the summer of 2009 when she was offered her first role as an actor in the 2009 film True Adolescents. Her performance in the debut movie was so impressive that it led to producers and director’s clamoring for her to be in their movies.

As a result of that aforementioned performance, Emma Dumont landed more roles in movies which included Aquarius, Tagged, Salvation, Nobody Walks, and Metro. She had a decent run from there on but landed her biggest role so far when she was selected as the lead role Melanie Segal in the ABC Familys’ Bunheads.

Her most recent casting came in the 2018 drama titled The Razor where she starred as Nicole Mitchell which is Rob Cohen’s upcoming film adaptation. She has an estimated net worth of around about $14 million which is pretty decent for such a young actress.
