Eva Andressa – Biography
Eva Andressa was born on December 19th, 1984 in Brazil’s Pine Nut Land, Curitiba, where she was also raised. There is no info about her parents, siblings, or the school(s) she attended.
The now renowned model became dissatisfied with her physical looks at 17, she headed to the gym, working out to help get her desired body. With no prior experience in fitness, she soon gave up after a few attempts that yielded no results, but this didn’t mean she gave up her dream of having the perfect physique.
Soon, she met Jardel Barros, who helped make her dreams a reality. Barros who later became her husband helped her train and in one year, Eva is an athlete and the rest is history.

She Doesn’t Have A Workout Plan
That doesn’t sound like the conventional thing you from and about fitness models, right? Well while the workout plan stuff may work for other fitness models, Eva says it doesn’t apply to her, she simply trains what she feels is necessary for the day and that would be it.
However, when preparing for a competition, she trains twice a day 40 minutes per session focusing on aerobic exercises, But having left her career as a competitor behind, she now trains thrice a week.
Interestingly, Eva no longer trains for her chest, biceps, and triceps, according to her, these parts of her body are at her ideal size.
Eva Andressa Does Have A Nutrition Plan
You’ll think she also doesn’t have an eating plan? Well, she does have a nutrition plan like every other fitness model.
Her diet is centered around lean proteins, fruit, and vegetables. She only eats carbs during the day then switches over to proteins and vegetables from 6 pm, she believes her body responds well to this combination.

After a year of training, Eva got the body she desired and through the help of her husband and trainer, she entered her first competition – NABBA Lobo Bravo Cup in her homeland at age 21 and walked away as a champion.
The following year, she furthered her career by entering the 2006 NABBA Parana Championships in Brazil and again, she walked away with the trophy.
In 2008 and 2009, she entered the IFBB Body Fitness competition in Brazil and IFBB South American Championship and emerged 1st overall and 3rd place respectively.

After gaining popularity via social media, her popularity further widened in 2010 when she appeared on a celebrity TV show in Brazil – Programa do Jo, and to give back to her society, Eva set out to get her own TV show that would allow her to reach out to more people and spread her love for fitness.
