Frank was born on September 18, 1992, to Japanese parents living in Osaka, in the Kansai region of Japan. He grew up there and attended Canadian Academy and graduated in 2012. Nevertheless, he revealed that his parents died while he was 7-years-old thus he was raised by his uncle Frank whom he referred to as weird and often calls him “Bald Man” or just Frank instead of “father” or uncle.
