Among fans, the legendary battle rapper is known as Hitman Holla but it is as Gerald Fulton, Jr. that he was born on March 29, 1988, in St Louis Missouri. He was brought up in a middle-class family that is heavily linked to rap battles, including his father Gerald Fulton Sr. who is more popular as Big Gerald.
While growing up with his younger brother, Showout, who is also into rap battles, Hitman was very much interested in sports and that was something that he excelled in, most especially basketball. He went on to play the sport in high school and thanks to it, he later got a scholarship to California State Northridge. He would attend the university for some time before later transferring to the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Hitman Holla had a very promising career as a basketball player but he was later drawn to rapping. This pulled him away from basketball and he decided to have a career in the music industry instead.
Before taking to battle rap, he had some troubles of his own including getting involved in gang battles. He was said to have been involved in a battle against a rival gang known as Crips. Hitman later had two murder charges leveled against him but he managed to come out of them both and he decided to channel his energy into something that has been his passion for a long time, rap battle.
When he was growing up, he had other great rappers like Mook and X-Factor as his most important influences. It is from them that he picked his aggressive style and great lyrics. He has now turned to be one of the most important battle rappers not only in Missouri where he was raised but also in the United States.

As a rapper, he has been a part of different communities including ‘Battle America,’ ‘Fight Klub,’ and ‘SMACK/ Uri’. Hitman Holla’s Family (Parents, Brother, and Children)
Hitman Holla came from a family that has always been closely knitted. His parents are Gerald Fulton Sr. and Sue Fulton. Hitman’s family is very much in love with rap battle as while his brother also does that, his father is also not left out. He takes his time to attend the rap battles of his sons and has somehow also become popular in such events.
His mother, on the other hand, has battled breast cancer in the past. The Wild N’ Out star revealed that she was misdiagnosed in 2013 and then in 2014, it was confirmed that she had breast cancer. Fortunately, the tumor of the stage two cancer was successfully removed and she was through with chemotherapy afterward.
Following the battle of his mother, the rapper began an organization towards supporting youths whose parents are suffering from breast cancer. The organization named “Passion for Pink” has received support from various people including and 50 Cent who lost his grandmother to the same disease.
Holla’s brother, Showout has always followed in the footsteps of his older brother. He loves and plays basketball, but in the same way as Hitman, he is already making a name for himself as a battle rapper. He has great followership on social media.
Hitman Holla is known to have been in a number of relationships in the past, but there is no indication that he is married. Nonetheless, he has a son, Geremiah Fulton whom he is very protective of. In 2018, a video of the rapper punching a man was shared on social media. According to Holla, he punched the man because he kept coming to his son even after he warned him to stay away because he seemed to be on drugs.
