The hunky actor started benefitting from the Korean movie industry in the year 2003, when he debuted in the television series, Bodyguard. Owing to the thickness of his versatility, Hyun Bin has served as a promotional/PR ambassador of many elite companies. Between 2011 and 2016, he was the brand ambassador of Hyundai Motors (2011), Kia Motors (2013), Incheon Asian Games (2014), Gwangju Biennale (2016).
Hyun Bin’s Bio
The hunk was born to Kim Won-hong in Seoul, South Korea, on the 25th day of September 1982. Although he is professionally known as Hyun Bin, his real name is Kim Tae-pyung. The actor’s nationality is North Korea while his ethnicity is Korean.
Bin was raised in Seoul along with his older brother. He is a graduate of Youngdong High School as well as Chung-Ang University, where he majored in Theater Studies. Hyun is said to have enrolled at the same university in 2009 to earn a Master’s degree.
The Korean movie star served his compulsory 21 months military service in the Marine Corps from March 7, 2011, to December 6, 2012, when he was discharged and awarded a citation for being an exceptional soldier.

As long as marriage is concerned, Hyun Bin is still in the market. He is not married to any woman at the moment neither has he been married in the past. Similarly, he has not given birth to his own children but he is hopeful he will be a father when he eventually marries the woman of his dreams.

The Secret Garden star is currently single and busy searching for the right woman to spend the rest of his life with. Bin has had three failed relationships with women in the past. His first attempt at a relationship was with popular singer/actress Hwang Ji Hyun. The two met in 2007 and began dating in the same year. Sadly, their love boat hit the rocks the following year.
Unfazed by the breakup, the actor kept pushing and searching until 2008 when his path crossed with South Korean actress , who doubles as his co-star in the drama series The Way They Live. Song and Bin dated for four years, after which they separated due to their hectic acting schedules.
The actor’s last known relationship was with Guangdong District, Seoul, South Korea-based actress Kang So-ra. The duo met on a filming set in October 2016 and later confirmed that they were dating through their respective agencies. The Korean movie stars called off their relationship on good terms in December 2017 due to their busy schedules. They, however, stated through their respective agencies that they will continue to be friends and support each other’s careers.
Ever since Hyun Bin separated from Kang, he has not been linked to any woman in the movie industry neither has he been spotted with any girl outside the showbiz circle. He seems to be very focused on his career.
