The famous baseball player was born Jacob Anthony DeGrom in Deland, Florida on the 19th day of June 1988 to his parents Tony and Tammy. He was raised with his two elder sisters in Florida. After his years at the Calvary Christian Academy in Ormond Beach, Florida where he attended high school, the American professional baseball player attended Stetson University. While there, he was active in college baseball, playing for the university’s team – Stetson Hatters. There was no doubt that Jacob was cut out for a baseball career.
