Every child loves Disney! And if they could also feature in a Disney channel show, we are sure that to every child, that would be living a dream. For young Jason Dolley, his wishes were like that of every other child but unlike others, his dreams came true when he landed a role to feature in a movie when he was only eleven.
Before he got his first role, he first appeared on stage along with his brother during a school talent show where they performed Abbott and Costello’s Who’s on First, after which he started acting in various movies including several Disney shows which brought about his popularity in the industry.
Jason Dolley has since then, risen to become a great actor and musician who we know is still coming out with better things so long as the entertainment industry is concerned. But despite his busy schedule as an actor, he still creates time for family, friends, and other activities outside acting.
Jason Dolley Bio, Age
Jason Scott Dolley was born on July 5, 1991, in Los Angeles, California, to a family of four with his parents Larry and Michelle Dolley, and a brother Jeffery Dolley. With his regular high grades while in high school, one could tell he was a bright student. After high school, he went to Moorpark College where he took some courses and later graduated from California Lutheran University. He was an active member in church with his regular involvement as a member of the youth group. He also enjoys playing the piano and guitar, paintball, video games, and of course, soccer, with friends.
He started his acting career at the age of eleven as a lead actor in the award-winning 2004 short film Chasing Daylight. He was also featured in Complete Savage, an ABC series that was canceled due to low ratings in 2005. His other films are; Saving Shiloh, Read it and Weep, among others. He was in the commercial of Duracell, a campaign; Trusted Everywhere. In 2007, the actor partook in the Disney Channel Game in the second edition and was in the yellow team.
The Disney Channel Show, Cory in the House, earned him a nomination for the Young Artist Award. He starred in the television series Minuteman in 2008 where he played the role of Virgil Fox, and that same year he was in the third edition of the Disney Channel Game but now in the green team. He made a guest appearance in Disney’s Imagination Movers as a Prince. His other Disney Channels Shows include; Hatching Pete in 2009 where he portrayed the character, Pete Ivy.
Alongside being an actor, he is also a musician who has recorded songs like; Baby It’s You, You’re Beautiful, In My Heart, etc.
Jason Dolley has made both fame and fortune for himself in the industry. With such speed and looking at where he is now, it is definite that he is still going places and as such, will still make more money for himself. Having been in the industry for just a few years now, one will say he is not doing badly at all with his recent estimated net worth of $500,000, especially, considering the fact that not everyone that started when he did has done this well.
Personal Life – His Girlfriend or is He Gay?
As a handsome celebrity, it is expected that the young man should have ladies all over him and Jason is not doing badly in this regard. He was said to be in a relationship with his Cory in the House co-star, Maiara Walsh in January 2004. However, the relationship didn’t last long as they separated that same year. He also dated American actress Debby Ryan and in October 2008, he was going out with Brenda Song, a relationship that lasted for just one year.
He dated Bridget Mendler but they broke up in July 2010, and after the break up with Bridget, he started dating his Hatching co-star, Pete Josie Lopez but that went south also. Currently, it seems the actor has been on break when it comes to relationships because we haven’t heard of his involvement with any other person, he is probably just facing his career now and might go into one later but at the moment, Jason is single and not in any relationship that we are aware of.
From the foregoing, all the relationships Jason Dolley had, have been with ladies and so it would be fair to say that he is definitely not gay at least that is all we know for now.
Height and Weight
In Hollywood, talent most times is never enough and for most, their selling point is their physical looks and appearance. The handsome actor stands at 5 feet 10 inches tall, is average for a male actor but definitely not bad at all. He weighs 66 kg, and being born on July 5, his horoscope is Cancer.

He recently shared a photo of him and some of his Good Luck Charlie castmates and they were really happy in each other’s company from the photo.
