Mission Impossible III is the 3rd installment in the M:I franchise. The 3rd installment was commercially successful but not as successful as its predecessors. In this film, the all-time protagonist of the franchise Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is a retired officer of Impossible Missions Force (IMF) but is brought back into action when he is called upon to capture a highly elusive arms dealer.

The film grossed $397 million at the box office against a budget of $15 million. It fared well on the critical assessment. Hence, it rated 70% by critics on Rotten Tomatoes while the audience gave it a little above average rating. On Rotten Tomatoes, it was rated 69% and on IMDb, it had a 6.9 score.

Smashed (2012)

Smashed is a drama film that was written by James Ponsoldt and Susan Burke  – and directed by the former. The story follows Kate (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Charlie Hannah (Aaron Paul), a married couple who are alcoholics. After several embarrassing incidents caused by her excessive drinking, Kate decides it high time to seek help and sobriety.

The movie was rated 83% by the critics on Rotten Tomatoes while the audience rated it 68%. Sadly it was not able to recover its budget expenditure at the box office as it grossed only $499,000 against a budget of $500,000.

The film tells the story of two old high schoolmates working together to prevent worldwide chaos. One is a lethal CIA agent, while the other is an accountant, whose knowledge of numbers is essential in saving the compromised US spy system. Together, they face a lot of gun action and engage in espionage.

This Aaron Paul movie sold well at the box office, grossing $217 million against a budget of $50 million. The audience rating was also good with an approval rating of 61% and 6.3 on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb respectively.

The Last House On The Left (2006)

Described as less original than the 1972 film of the same title and way too gory, this 2006 horror film was a critical flop. The Last House On The Left was written by Carl Ellsworth and Adam Alleca while Dennis Iliadis was the director on this job. Despite being an entertaining movie with a good plot, this car racing film failed to enter the good books of many critics. It was written by George and John Gatins and directed by Scott Waugh. The movie starred the likes of Dominic Cooper, Rami Malek, Imogen Poots, Ramón Rodríguez, and Scott Mescudi.

A car racer (Dominic Cooper) and a mechanic (Aaron Paul) who tries to keep his business afloat are engaged in a cross-country race to avenge the death of his friend who died at the hands of a rival racer. The movie was a huge commercial success, grossing up to $203.3 million against a budget of $66 million, however, it was a critical failure. It had an audience approval rating of 57% and 6.6 on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb respectively.

This is a drama film written by Brad Desch and directed by Gabriele Muccino. Its ensemble cast included Amanda Seyfried, Diane Kruger, Russell Crowe, Bruce Greenwood, and Jane Fonda.

Aaron Paul plays the role of an aspiring novelist who falls in love with the daughter of a Pulitzer Prize-winning author, now mentally deranged after the death of his wife. The movie was a critical flop. Critics on Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 28% rating while the audience rated it at 58%. On IMDb, the movie scored 7.1/10. It was also a commercial disaster as it grossed just $5.1 million at the box office against a production budget of $22.1 million.

Bad Girls From Valley High (2005)
