Matthew Fox was born on July 14, 1966, and he went to Deerfield Academy for one year as a post-graduate and graduated in 1984. For college, he attended Columbia University and graduated with a B.A in economics in 1989.
There was nothing in the upbringing of Matthew Fox that suggested he was going to be an actor but he ended up there anyway. At age 25, Matthew Fox made his acting debut on an episode of Wings. In the very same year, he starred on a short-lived drama series, Freshman Dorm. Fox who after Lost stated he’s done with Television shows, has appeared in a few movies since. In 2006, he co-starred with Matthew McConaughey in the sports drama, We Are Marshall and had a brief appearance in the 2013 movie, World War Z which starred Brad Pitt.
