Megan ‘Meg’ Zelly was born in Bermuda, the British Island territory located in the North Atlantic Ocean on the 22nd of April, 1996. Her birth sign is Taurus. She spent her early years on the island with her family but left for the United States in 2015 to study at the University of Miami. Zelly has an older sister known as Lizzie.
Paul created Team 10 in August 2016 as a social media talent management company, a talent incubator of his internet empire. When he launched the group, he hoped it would foster his dream to become the Dr. Dre of YouTube. He started the group with six other creators including Alissa Violet who later became his girlfriend, Neels Visser, Alex Lange, AJ Mitchel, and the Dobre twins. Though none of the original members are still part of the squad, it has become one of the largest collectives of creators on YouTube and has equally seen significant turnover in on-camera talent.
The more members that left the group, the more Team 10 recruited. Some of its recent members include Anthony Trujillo, Erika Costell, Tessa Brooks, Kade Speiser, and Justin Roberts. Zelly Was Allegedly Assaulted By Faze Banks
When American YouTuber, Ricky Banks, popularly known as FaZe Banks started dating Alissa Violet, Jake Paul’s former flame, a feud began between Paul and Banks. Things came to a head in 2017 during an alleged assault by Banks on Meg Zelly at a nightclub.
Sources have it that Jake’s former assistant saw Banks kissing another girl that was not his girlfriend, Alissa, which was shortly followed by the assault. Allegedly, he clotheslined Zelly, wrapping his arm around her neck into a chokehold, and dragging her in the club. The assault left Meg with a bruise on her neck. Different versions of the stories sprung up since then and Paul was quick to make a video about it.
Jake and other members of Team 10 including Costell testified to the incident. However, within their words, it was unclear who actually inflicted the assault on Zelly, but they did assert something happened that night that left Zelly with a bruise. On the other hand, as Banks denied the accusations, former Team 10 members such as Max Beaumont came forward to support him. Beaumont, who left the group so that he could come up with the “truth” explained that the story was supposedly made up and Banks had neither kissed anyone nor assaulted Meg Zelly.

According to one of her Insta stories, Meg Zelly described herself as a straight, single, cuddly, and friendly drama queen. Being a drama queen, she has been accused of tapping into her innate potential to fake her own bruise.
Fans believed that the accusation was false over the belief that Zelly faked the bruise with makeup. Even after providing evidence of its authenticity, many still doubted her.
