America’s Republican and 48th Vice President Micheal Richard Pence was born on June 7, 1959, in Columbus Indiana to the family of Nancy Jane and Edward Joseph Pence Jr as one of 6 children. His family has an Irish Catholic Democrat descent. Their grandfather Richard Michael Cawley emigrated from County Sligo, Ireland to the United States and became a bus driver in Chicago Illinois while his maternal grandmother is from Doonbeg, County Clare.

After law school, he was an attorney in private practice who was unsuccessful for a congressional seat in 1988 and in 1990. By 1991 however, Mike Pence became the president of the Indiana Policy Review Foundation till he left in 1993. Before this, he has begun hosting a talk show radio program in Rushville Indiana. He also hosted a weekend political talk show from Indianapolis from 1995 to 1999 and all these media engagements gave him some on-air popularity and doused his unsuccessful foray into politics.
In the millennial year 2000, he got things right politically by winning the seat in Indiana’s 2nd congressional district after the 6 years incumbent David M. McIntosh had opted to run for the seat of Indiana’s governor. He was popular in office for opposing some of then-President George W.
