Taking a look at the life of the talented actress, one would find a Southern USA breed that was born on March 27, 1969. She attended Crestwood High School and went on to Valdosta State College to study Criminology before going to New York to study Criminal Justice at John Jay College. To support herself in college, Pauley had to take up numerous small paying jobs in New York which include being a bartender and a cook. It was a colleague at one of her odd jobs that linked her to a director and she started appearing in commercials. Pauley moved to Los Angeles in the bid to increase her chances of landing roles in movies and started off making guest appearances in some series.
The actress landed her first recurring role in the sitcom Special Unit 2 as Alice Cramer. As her fame kept rising, she was booked for a role in the sitcom NCIS and has appeared in NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orlean.
