Philip James Madelen Rucker was born on the 20th of March, 1984. He later got promoted and was made to focus more on political happenings, the first politically inclined event he worked on was the Maryland political scene from 2007 to 2008. By 2010, he was rounding up his career as a National Political Reporter at the paper. Rucker’s career has experienced immense growth since his beginnings at Yale.
