Biography and Age of Rena Lovelis
Rena Lovelis or Pyrena Lucrezia Morze Enea was born on April 6, 1998, in New York but was raised in Orangetown. Rena and her elder sister Nia loved music and the performing arts from a very tender age, courtesy of their parents who were music professionals in different specializations back then.
In 2008, Rena and Nia Lovelis together with a few other girls with musical talent and interest formed ‘Cherri Bomb’ an all-girl, hard-rock music group while in middle school. The founding members were Julia Pierce, the lead vocalist, and guitarist Miranda Miller as the backing vocalist, keyboardist, and rhythm guitarist. Then you have Nia Lovelis in charge of drums, percussion, and backing vocals, and finally, Rena who sees to bass guitars and backing vocals.
They later signed a lucrative deal with Hollywood Records on June 14, 2011, and it was here they released Stark their debut extended play in October of 2011. By 2013 however, the band’s front-woman parted ways with them and this led to the remaining members rebranding the band as ‘Hey Violet’, a name they still go with till today.
Rena became the new frontwoman of the band as their music changed significantly. Casey Moreta, the first male member of the group joined them officially in 2013 and it was also during this time that they left Hollywood Records. The band won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Music: Next Big Thing in 2016 having had a successful 2015 with the release of their first and second EP’s Hey Violet and Overall in July 2015. Iain Shipp joined as the band’s new bassist during their world tour of 2016 thereby bringing the band’s male members to two.
Rena has also done some movies, she was part of the cast in Wish Upon of 2017, prior to which we saw her in School of Rock and We Had This Band both in 2016. As she and her band continue to make more music, it is expected that she gets to grow bigger in her career and attain greater height.

Rena’s mother Ana Lovelis/Stacy Morze is a musician and actress while her father is a touring keyboard technician and state-of-the-art studio builder. Her elder sister Nia Lovelis is a drummer and musician who also performed with the band ‘Hey Violet.’ Nia’s real name is Szatania Angelika Morze Enea. Their family comes from a mix of German, Russian, Italian, and Polish descent.
From all indications and going by how fast she rose in her music career, one can infer that Rena’s family was happy and organized one to have given her the ample time she needed as a young girl to hone her music skills from childhood. Today such a good family upbringing has paid off and still continues to pay off as the youngster grows her music career to greater heights.
