Considering the fact that Riley Keough has an impressive bunch of entertainers as her ancestors, it’s no surprise that she followed the same path. She is an accomplished American actress, model and producer while her parents are renowned singer-songwriter Lisa Marie Presley (mother) and musician Danny Keough (father). Again, her grandparents are the legendary musician and actor Elvis Presley and his wife Priscilla Presley who is also an actress.

On May 29, 1989, Danielle Keough was born as the first child of her parents in Santa Monica, California. She has three siblings – Benjamin Storm (brother) and twins named Harper and Finley who are half-sisters from her mother’s previous marriage.

Admittedly, Riley comes from a lineage of entertainers; with singer-songwriter Lisa Marie Presley as her mom, musician Danny Keough as her father and iconic singer and actor Elvis Presley and actress and businesswoman Priscilla Presley as her grandparents, it’s no surprise that she turned out to be an actress and a good one at that.

Modelling and Acting Career

Before Riley Keough made her film debut at the age of 20, her teenage days were spent modelling for top brands like Dolce & Gabbana as a runway model. Additionally, she made the cover of Vogue with her mother & grandmother in the 2004 August issue. If the brands her modelling career was associated with are anything to go by, she was on top of her game.

After establishing her credentials as a model, Riley launched her acting career in The Runaways in 2010, she was 20 years old at the time. She played Marie Currie in the film which was based on the titular all-girl rock band of the 1970s.

Also in 2010, she took over the role played by actress Olivia Thirlby in Jack & Diane and starred as the female lead in the drama The Good Doctor with co-stars, Orlando Bloom and Taraji P. She appeared in The Discovery and co-starred in the thriller/horror film It Comes at Night, all in 2017. Later in August 2017, Riley Keough went into production with the launch of a company dubbed Felix Culpa in collaboration with producer Gina Gammell.
