On the 4th of April 1987, Sarah Gadon was born in Toronto, Canada, to a psychologist father and a mother who worked as a teacher. She is the second child of her parents and has an older brother called James.
As a child, Sarah Gadon nursed dreams of becoming a dancer, this is why most of her childhood was spent in dance classes. In a bid to perfect her dancing skills, the young beauty also worked with prestigious dance schools like The National Ballet School of Canada and Claude Watson School for Performing Arts.
While she went to dancing schools, she also juggled her high school education by attending the Vaughn Road Academy where she graduated from in 2005 with honors. Sarah Gadon then went on to the University of Toronto where she earned her degree in Cinema Studies.
