Stefanie is the daughter of Kristal Dolson and Steve Dolson. The Chicago Sky basketball player was born on January 8, 199, in Port Jervis, New York. She is an American by nationality.
She has three siblings whose names are Courtney, Ashley, and Jake Dolson. She attended Minisink Valley High School, in Slate Hill, New York, where she finished with 1,951 points and 1,607 rebounds. Dolson later joined the University of Connecticut, where she played with Connecticut Huskies women’s basketball from 2010 to 2014.

Stefanie’s rare athletic skills have also seen her play for several high-profile basketball teams. Before joining her present team, she is known to have made a mark for herself as a member of the Mersin Büyükşehir Belediyesi women’s basketball from 2015 to 2016 as well as the Sichuan Whale throughout 2016.
