Speaking of why she was arrested, Mongeau told her YouTube followers that her arrest was a result of a misunderstanding that happened after she was discovered by some undercover policemen holding cans of Red Bull and Vodka.
Then 18 years old, she insisted that she was arrested for something that she was innocent of and it got out after a paparazzi snapped a picture of her. She said she was arrested and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol even when she didn’t drink it. According to her side of the story, she was standing when a fan who recognized her from YouTube came and decided to get drinks for her. She said it was after she received the drinks that she found herself surrounded by 4 undercover policemen. She said although she would have sipped the drink, she didn’t drink it before she was arrested.

Tana has been in a couple of relationships thus far. Her first was with social media influencer, Somer Hollingsworth.
