Who Is Tati Gabrielle?
She was born Tatiana Gabrielle Hobson in Bay Area San Francisco on the 25th day of January 1996 and was raised by her Korean-American mother. Her father is an African-American and a former Ohio hoops player who also worked in the entertainment industry.
As a child, Gabrielle has always had this affiliation to performing which earned her the moniker drama queen from her mother. She started modeling at 3 and by the time she was 5, she earned gigs for brands like Macy’s and Nordstrom. She wanted to be a visual artist but after auditioning for the theatre in Oakland School for the Arts, she fell in love with the craft.

Her first role came in 2014 in the short film To Stay the Sword as Keating. After she moved to Los Angeles in 2015, she appeared in another short film titled Tatterdemalion and then the made for television film, Just Jenna in 2016. Initially credited as Tatiana Hobson in her early projects, she changed her name to Tati Gabrielle and was first credited as such in a 2016 episode, Tightrope of Doom of Disney’s K.C. Undercover where she portrayed Wackie Jackie alongside Zendaya. She also starred as Hacksaw in the Stealing Home episode of Nickelodeon’s The Thundermans in 2016.
In 2017 came a slew of roles for the actress both in films and on television. Tati was cast in a recurring role in The CW’s The 100. She then featured in an episode of the Hulu anthology series Dimension 404 as Amanda’s sister and landed a voice role as Addie McCallister in the animated feature film The Emoji Movie. Tati Gabrielle was then cast as a series regular in the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. She portrays the villain Prudence Night who is the leader of a trio of witches named the Weird Sisters. Her character also took a disliking to Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka) who joins the Academy of Unseen Arts and puts a curse on her. Her performance gained her legions of fans.

But against the expectations, she is “the biggest baby” when it comes to anything horror-related. According to her, she couldn’t watch Jurassic Park until she was 16 and the film isn’t even horror.
