Woahhvicky (Victoria Waldrip) Biography, Age, Parents and Quick Facts

While socialites like the Kardashians make name for their TV shows and several other mind-blowing reasons, the likes of Woahhvicky, aka Victoria Waldrip make name for the weirdest and controversial claims.

Social media is indeed one of the fastest and most effective ways to gain popularity and attention nowadays if you have a unique talent and the likes of Woahhvicky have made good use of this to earn an unimaginable fanbase from all over the world. One of her most controversial statements that has drawn much attention is her claim of being an African-American. Of course, this wouldn’t have been so hard to swallow had her skin colour and parental background not proved otherwise. Not only has she said this with much confidence, but she also backs her claims up in most of her video posts and messages on her social media pages.

What makes the Instagram model so intriguing for the odd reasons is that her behaviours- the mimicking urban-black culture, the use of N-word, wearing of do-rags, mouth grills and twerking – make it entirely difficult for people to agree with her own persona. In fact, most of her followers view her “false representation” of the black race as outrageous and insulting to the culture of the black people and that she is intentionally exploiting her persona to rise to social media fame. With all these notwithstanding, Victoria Waldrip – better known by her internet alias WoahVicky has garnered over 1.3 million followers on her photo-sharing platform.

 Victoria Waldrip Biography, Age, Parents

Victoria was born on March 7, 2000, and was raised in Georgia, the United States where she currently lives.

According to her Facebook profile, Vicky claims to be born and raised in the small town of Hiram, Georgia. She attended John McEachern High School and is currently bent on making fame through her modelling career. She is an ardent traveller. Some of the places she has visited include the Dominican Republic, Caicos, Los Angeles and Turks.

Her Family: Parents

The blond celebrity is off the White-Caucasian ethnicity born to Steve Waldrip, a successful homebuilding entrepreneur whose business was founded in the 1980s, and Carla Johnson, her mother. Victoria also has a sister who is 30 years old but she is not socially in touch with her because of the age gap.

Woahhvicky’s Rise to Fame

The social media star who often calls herself the Melanin Queen, joined the picture platform, Instagram as woahhvicky before she later changed it to imwoahvicky. On her page, the star often posts pictures of clothing, bags and accessories made by the Gucci fashion brand. In addition to that, she usually posts videos on YouTube where she teaches her over 25 thousand subscribers how to twerk.

In one of her YouTube videos, the internet star claimed that her DNA result shows that she is 25% black and that she believes so even though her mother and her blond and pale skin proves it wrong. One of her videos on YouTube that helped in her rise to fame is the popular “Summer Time Makeup Tutorial for Black Women” which has garnered thousands of viewers.

Aside from her unproven black-race claim, Victoria Waldrip is also known for her criticisms of notable celebrities like the Cash Me Ousside queen Danielle Bregoli. Being a strong fan of Nicki Minaj, she also tries to sing like her even though her voice is completely off-key. She also compares herself to one of the most influential women on the planet, Beyonce.

Victoria closed down her popular Instagram account after she came to terms that she was actually not a black-American but a white Caucasian teenager. Her Instagram page appeared to be taken down following series of the dispute over her black-race claim and a dispute she had with another online personality that degenerated into threats. Her YouTube videos, however, are still up. Recently, she was reportedly arrested for assaulting Police Officials and for trespassing. Charges were made against her after a disturbing incident at a North Carolina mall that sparked panic and fear of shots fired by an active shooter.
