London King was born to David King and Paula King in Ohio, the United States of America. She grew up in Wellstone, Ohio, alongside her brother, William Scott King.
She first kicked off her modeling career by appearing in several TV commercial ads before eventually getting a shot in Hollywood. As an actress, King has done more supporting roles in a couple of movies. She is mostly known for roles in movies such as A Better Way to Die (2000) where she played the role of Cheryl, Raw Fish (2001), appearing as Jade, and The Calling (2002) as the character Ruby Jenkins.

While pursuing her acting and modeling career during her teen years, she had a love affair with a mystery man and the relationship produced her first child Noah King born in August 1986. Thereafter in 1988, she met her ex-husband, an actor and comedian Rob Schneider who is best known for his role in comedy movies such as Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, The Benchwarmers, The Hot Chicks, and Grown Ups. Rob and London got married in Vegas. The marriage which produced a daughter, Tanner Elle Schneider, (now known as Elle King) in 1989 was, however, short-lived as the couple divorced after two years.
