Biography of Isaiah Wynn

The NFL football player was born Isaiah Emmanuel Wynn on the 9th of December 1996, in St. Petersburg, Florida, in the United States. He is an American belonging to the African race. He was raised by his mother along with his brother (Aaron), and sister. The identities of his parents, as well as his family background, is yet to be disclosed publicly.

Wynn is a graduate of Lakewood High School in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the University of Georgia, where he studied human development and family sciences and also played guard and tackle for his school’s football team – Georgia Bulldogs. According to records, he featured in 11 games as a true freshman. He started 25 of 26 games (he made 23 straight starts and sadly missed a game due to injury against Louisiana) during the 2015 and 2016 seasons. The footballer was named a Second-Team All-American on December 11, 2017, and AP first-team All-SEC.

Upon leaving the Georgia Bulldogs, Isaiah Wynn was drafted as the 23rd overall pick by the New England Patriots in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. The Patriots team is said to have chosen Isaiah using a pick that was acquired from the Los Angeles-based football team, Los Angeles Rams in a trade that sent California-born wide receiver to Los Angeles. Though the footballer played guard and tackle in college, he features as an offensive tackle in the football league.

Since September 1, 2018, the NFL player has been on the injured reserve list due to an injury. Although Wynn has been away as a result of the injury, his team has been doing great in his absence, having made it to Super Bowl LIII.
