Jeff Devlin was born on May 19, 1973, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA. He is of white ethnicity and an American by nationality, As regards his education, Devlin is an alumnus of Neshaminy High School. During his time in high school, he was recorded to be highly skilled in baseball and singing, as a result, he began nursing desires of being a professional athlete or singer someday. At first, he served as a cameraman for HGTV behind the scenes of the show Save My Bathroom for several years before he was made a host on the network.
