Jordan Henderson Bio
The Sunderland, England native was born on the 17th day of June 1990 as Jordan Brian Henderson. His parents are Brian and Liz Henderson. Prior to his signing up to Sunderland, he attended Farringdon Community Sports College.
He signed his first professional contract on June 1, 2008, and made his debut in November of the same year. Jordan joined Sunderland’s first team but did not make many appearances in the first season. Consequently, he was loaned out.
Coventry City became his home temporarily, originally on a one-month loan deal in January 2009, but was subsequently extended till the end of the season. He was invited to the main Three Lions in 2010 and has already made five appearances for it. He has also represented his country at UEFA Euro 2012 and 2016, and the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
